Spire Kool

Spire Kool is a London based capital markets segment of an Emerging Markets cold storage platform. It is a part of Spire Group, a Toronto based cold storage platform dealing with frozen food warehousing in emerging markets.The founders are 3 partners; one with a 35 year track record in cold storage having founded, built, and floated a $1.2B platform on the Toronto Stock Exchange, the second a former senior executive at a global operations firm and subsequently a partner and the driving force behind a €4B flotation of German residential real estate assets, and the third a senior real estate and development executive with extensive EM experience who was a partner in a €2B platform across eastern Europe.The company has a commercial capital raising, team in London and an operational and development team in Toronto. Our teams have operated 54 Cold Storage facilities (240 million cubic feet) with 4,500 employees. We have constructed and/or refurbished 52 million cubic feet of space as well as acquired over 200 million cubic feet of facilities over the last 25 years.
