Founded in 1979, Spectrum E-Coat, Inc. is a wholly owned subsidiary of Spectrum Industries, Inc. Our 220,000 square foot production facilities include state-of-the-art electrodeposition paint systems consisting of 11 stage zinc phosphate pretreatment and black cathodic epoxy. Our operations allow us to apply a high corrosion protective coating to an average of 550,000 parts daily. Our process is organic, lead-free, HAPS free and RoHS compliant.
Established in 1990, Spectrum Decorative Finishes, Inc. is a wholly owned subsidiary of Spectrum Industries, Inc. Our facility utilizes state-of-the-art, six axis robots with a clean room environment to produce high-volume, painted, plastic parts. As the pioneer of robotic hydrographics, we are the largest provider of hydrographics in North America. In addition to wood grains and technical patterns, we specialize in high-end finishes such as piano black, clear coat, metallic and other specialty paints.
Since 1995, Spectrum Decorative Finishes, Inc. has been providing the aircraft interiors industry with lustrous finishes - including rich wood grains, exciting technical patterns, silky paint finishes.
In 2015, Spectrum Decorative Finishes, Inc. developed RAYN Technology, a combination of a proprietary laser, software and design technique to create high-end, 3D surface decoration on finished products such as painted plastics and metal that can be applied to a variety of industries.
