Special Science School Igbeagu, Alumni

Special Science School Igbeagu is one of the higher secondary schools in South Eastern Nigeria that offer only science subjects from SS1 to SS3 (Senior Secondary 1 - 3). Special Science schools offer only science subjects to students of which the aim is to get the students focused specifically on science courses like; Chemistry, Physics, Biology, Mathematics, Agricultural sciences etc. The objective of the schools is to create and promote pure science study environment in Nigerian secondary schools. As against traditional secondary school were students are allowed to mix arts subjects.Members of the Special Science School Igbeagu Alumni, end up pursuing careers in engineering, medicine, life / physical sciences and other technology professions. Our goal as alumni of this great institution is to connect together as friends and mates that once passed through same institution and brainstorm on how to bring back the glory that the schools once held by supporting one another. As well as engage in some developmental projects that will benefit the students academically, socially, morally, mentally and professionally.
