SMCN's mission is to form a partnership between people with mental health needs in their community to foster understanding, empowerment, integration, and ehanced quality of life. Our goals and focus are centered around providing rehabilitative services for our consumers. We serve adults, children, and adolescents with severe and persistent mental illnessess in Southern Maryland.
