We were formed via a management buyout in December 2003 and achieved significant growth since its foundation through a mix of organic expansion and acquisition. After a period of ownership by Sompo Japan Nipponkoa Insurance Inc. we completed the second management buyout of our history in March 2018We believe that our people make us different.
