Snoqualmie Valley School District

Snoqualmie Valley School District is a progressive rural district serving North Bend, Snoqualmie, Fall City and rural King County. The District has won awards for Superintendent of the year and School board of the year. They have passed technology levies and a recent facilities bond on the March 2009 ballot. Current instructional technology in classrooms revolves around the Electronic "ActiveBoard", projection cameras and wireless sound systems. Curriculum focus is on Higher Order Thinking Skills, Classroom Based Assessments, curriculum alignment and cohort collaboration across the grade levels.
