The Office of Talent Development exists to serve the employees of Southern New Hampshire University. Our mission is to align workplace learning with the institution’s strategic plan, to coordinate and provide educational growth opportunities that address the professional needs of employees, to serve as a resource for new and existing employees regarding questions about individual development and organizational structure, and to provide assistance to departmental needs for workplace improvement. In carrying out this mission, we collaborate regularly with campus and community professionals to deliver high-quality, cost-effective and useful learning opportunities that are sensitive to varying work demands and schedules and which address the varying learning styles of our employees.
