A group of independent recruitment specialists with a shared vision to deliver excellence. In June 2004 jjFOX was founded. Brothers Adam, Daniel and Dominic Smith wanted to create a group of recruitment companies that reflected their attitude to business and that built on their extensive experience to that point. The goal was simple: To create a successful working environment that fostered a culture of high performance and fun. Each business within SmithCorp has its own office, brand personality and sector specialism. However at the very heart of our group is a set of shared values that guide us in our day-to-day work and decision making. We believe success comes from understanding your market which is why we train our people from day one to become sector specialists giving them in-depth knowledge so they can recruit with empathy and with confidence.
