In 2005, Smith & Co. was established with a foundation of new home construction. From the garage to the gutters, railings to rafters, a tradition of quality was established. Smith & Co. followed the ebb and flow of the economy exploring new avenues of construction and in 2009 expanded services to include insurance restoration, total loss fires, and floods. Our tradition of quality grew with us. More recently, Smith & Co. has expanded services again to include commercial services. You can find our team of experienced staff continuing our tradition of excellence all over the Southeast. We are licensed general contractors in Georgia, Florida, South Carolina, North Carolina and Alabama. In everything we do, we pursue excellence and quality craftsmanship.
