With a fleet of over 300 vehicles we are the largest taxi operator in the whole of Buckinghamshire, established in 1985 we are also the longest running company in the area. We have made this possible by providing a professional and reliable service. We have always been at the forefront of cab technology with all our drivers having GPS and satellite navigation. We have voice recording for all bookings taken by telephone ensuring our accuracy. Our IVR (automated booking system) means our operators are available to deal with any queries or issues you may have at all times. Our modern call centre handles over 2 million calls a year and is operational 24 hours a day 365 days a year. We have also just recently been accredited with both ISO: 9001 & ISO: 14001, we strive to provide the best quality of service through excellent system management. Whilst also considering and implementing energy and waste saving practices to reduce our impact on the environment.
