The main goal of Sky Harbor Health Insurance Association, Inc.(SHHIA) is to obtain employee medical benefits at a lesser cost by using the purchasing power of multiple businesses together as one united group. By combining small to midsize businesses together, we will have much more leverage then each business would on their own similar to large corporations. We are aiming to achieving a ten percent reduction on members’ medical premiums along with a 2 year rate guarantee to prevent the inevitable unaffordable annual rate increases.
