Skanska Balfour Beatty Joint Venture

The M25 DBFO is a 30 year project to both widen the M25 to four lanes, predominately in the Northern section and to operate and maintain the project road for the period. This includes the M25 orbital and a series of major feeder roads onto the M25 (spurs & tails) making up half of the 400 km length of the total project road. The Skanska Balfour Beatty joint venture will encompass the delivery of the widening works on: Section One: Both directions of the M25, junctions 16 – 23 Section Four: Both directions of the M25, junctions 27 - 30 Section Six: Hatfield Tunnel.
