S Factor is the original Feminine Movement Practice™. We incorporate dance, stretching, muscular work, and pole fitness with a deep unique meditation that enriches the mind+body connection.

S Factor is available exclusively in our movement studios in Los Angeles, Costa Mesa, New York and San Francisco. Licensed Instructors are all over the United States as well as Australia, Austria and London. The creator and founder, Sheila Kelley, is a well known actress and thought leader in the self-help and relationship space. She teaches with Tony Robbins, Mama Gena and her events and retreats are extremely exclusive and offered across the globe.
