Sinopec International (Middle East) FZE

China Petrochemical International Co. Ltd (“Sinopec Int’l”) is wholly-owned subsidiary of China Petroleum & Chemical Corporation (“Sinopec Corp.”). Sinopec Int’l acts as the procurement and supply arm of Sinopec Corp. For 2010 the total turnover was USD 5 billion from which USD 1.6 came from international import and export. Sinopec International (Middle East) FZE (hereinafter referred to as “SIME”) is a wholly-owned overseas subsidiary of Sinopec Int’l. SIME was incorporated in January 2008 by Sinopec Int’l with registered under laws of Jebel Ali Free Zone. SIME is the sole trading arm of Sinopec Corp. in the Middle East region. SIME takes pride in its supply and marketing network in the Middle East region by being based in Dubai, with representatives in Iran and Saudi Arabia
