Sila

Sila was started in 1989 by Jack Rothacker, a third-generation heating and air conditioning professional who took the company from a family business to one of the largest and most respected regional heating and air conditioning companies in the northeast. Despite its incredible success, Sila remains a family business at heart. Many of the original "way back"​ team still work side by side. And Steve Rothacker continues to lend his expertise and support to the business as mentor and an important voice on Sila's Board Of Directors. The mission hasn't changed in more than 25 years: To provide the highest quality heating and air conditioning services and products by supporting, empowering and rewarding exceptional people; by embracing a philosophy of continuous improvement; and by providing superior results to every customer.
