Shumaker Consulting Engineering and Land Surveying, D.P.C. (SCE) was established in 1956 and reincorporated under the leadership of Linda M. Shumaker, P.E., President and Managing Principal, in 1992. SCE is a certified Women-Owned Business Enterprise (WBE) with our corporate headquarters located in Binghamton, NY. Additional offices are strategically located in the cities of Utica, NY; Albany, NY; Montrose, PA; Cleveland, OH; and Scarborough, ME.
