Shepherd Chartered Surveyors is a national surveying practice dating back to 1880 with 34 offices and 250 members of staff employing in excess of 150 surveyors made up of Residential and Commercial Valuers, Property Agents and Managers. In 2016 Shepherd merged with Hardies to form a practice unrivalled in the ability to offer a truly multi disciplinary surveying and construction services business across the country employing more than 300 members of staff and in excess of 190 surveyors. Both Shepherd and Hardies have retained their identities under the merger with Hardies specialising in Building and Quantity Surveying, Construction Services and Project Management while Shepherd specialises in Residential and Commercial Valuation, Commercial Agency, Lease advisory, Compulsory Purchase, Rating, EPC’s and Property Management
