Shaheen, Ruth, Martin & Fonville was founded by four Managing Brokers that wanted to make a difference and get back to the basics of Real Estate. Their focus was on staying relevant and ahead of the power curve when it comes to technology, marketing and training in the Residential Real Estate arena in the Central and Eastern Virginia markets. We know Real Estate and have seen almost every side of this market and understand how to navigate through a transaction.
