SYP has been working tirelessly since 1843 to improve the lives and outcomes for disadvantaged children and young people in the UK.Today our work principally covers our Alternative Provision Setting in Coventry , The Keresley Centre.At SYP:• We believe that every young person is a unique and valuable individual and should be given the opportunities to identify and develop their talents.• The voice, development and self determination of children are promoted in everything we do.• Parents and families are important to children and we work to improve family relationships whenever possible.• In supporting young people and their families there is no easy answer. We are constantly evolving and learning, adapting our services to the changing needs of society.
