SGA Collections began in New York City (US)in 1964 and we specialize in international commercial debt recoveries. I lead the team covering Greater China and east Asia. My team specializes in helping Chinese and other Asian companies to recover their debts outside of your home country through our SGA in-house global network. Our regional office is located in Beijing, China. And we have a multi-lingual local team operating from Shanghai, Guangzhou, Taipei and Seoul. We only charge a fee if we collect debts for you. If nothing is collected, there are no fees. Our standard rate for commercial recoveries which do not involve litigation is 15% of the amounts collected. If our collection specialists feel litigation will have a positive outcome we will first discuss that with you to get agreement before we proceed. The fee for claims resolved through litigation is 25% of the amount actually collected.
