Serafin Group (Serafin Unternehmensgruppe) is a family backed Private Equity fund, whose philosophy is based on more than 150 years of entrepreneurial tradition of its shareholding family. Serafin Group invests into companies with the aim of fostering their long-term development by working collaboratively with all stakeholders allowing management to benefit from our experienced Operations team. This development is supported by the expertise of advisory board members Prof. Dr. Bernd Gottschalk, Wolfgang Ley and Prof. Dr. Heinrich von Pierer.

In April 2018 the Serafin Group opened the London investments office at Berkeley Square, Mayfair. Following Serafin’s strategy to strengthen its international portfolio, the London office focuses on acquisitions in the UK, Benelux and Scandinavia with the aim of promoting growth outside the German speaking region. The London office will focus on new platform investments as well as add-on transactions to the existing portfolio companies.
