Following Serafin’s strategy to strengthen its international portfolio, the London office focuses on acquisitions in the UK, Benelux and Scandinavia with the aim of promoting growth outside the German speaking region. The London office will focus on new platform investments as well as add-on transactions to the existing portfolio companies.
