Sequoia designs commercial lines products for western business and provides these through appointed independent agents. Sequoia Insurance Company works exclusively with independent insurance agents. Among our premier innovations are Sequoia EDGE, an extremely flexible and comprehensive risk management solution for middle market customers, and Sequoia ENTERPRISE, a leading commercial package policy for small business owners. Sequoia writes commercial umbrella, commercial automobile and workers' compensation as well. We have 135 directly appointed agents in California and Nevada. Our underwriting for property and casualty is performed in local territories close to our agents' businesses and supported out of our Monterey, CA office, and in Las Vegas, NV for workers' compensation.
