About Sequence Care Group
Sequence Care Group is a specialist Independent Healthcare Provider for adults with a learning disability. Established in 1986, the organisation has developed through providing residential and day services to people with mild, moderate and severe learning disabilities. The service emphasis is now on those who require intensive and specialist healthcare, within independent hospital settings and who are registered with the Mental Health Act Commission.
Sequence Care Group range of services includes:
• Assessment and Treatment
• Rehabilitation
• Continuing Care
• Specialist Residential Care
• Day Services
Services focus on individuals who may present with one or more of the following:
• Dual diagnosis (a learning disability with underlying mental health disorders)
• Detention under the Mental Health Act 1983
• Continuous treatment and rehabilitation
• On-going psychiatric monitoring
• Twenty-four hour nursing care
• Severe challenging behaviours
• Complex needs including epilepsy
• Autism & Aspergers Syndrome
