For over 50 years SEO has been an innovator in education, mentorship, positive peer pressure, high standards, and networks to turn untapped potential into newfound greatness. Every SEO participant is not on the same journey, but all are hungry for opportunity. We propel human potential. SEO creates an ecosystem of excellence: empowering individuals to move from high school through college, from underserved communities to middle class (SEO Scholars), from underrepresented interns to prestigious careers (SEO Career and SEO Law), from successful professionals to positions of economic influence (SEO Alternative Investments). SEO Scholars A free eight-year academic program that successfully educates and mentors low-income public high school students to and through college with a 90% college graduation rate. SEO Career The nation’s premier pre-professional development and internship program for high achieving Black, Hispanic and Native American college students who are underrepresented in the fields they seek. 80% of SEO Career interns receive full-time job offers from SEO corporate partners. SEO Law The nation’s only paid pre-law academic and internship program. This selective program creates a talent pipeline of pre-law students of color who enter elite global law firms. SEO Alternative Investments Provides education, exposure, training and mentoring opportunities for talented professionals traditionally underrepresented in the alternative investments sector. SEO Alumni Once accepted into one of our pro­grams, our constituents join a net­work of more than 13,000 professionals, representing 46 U.S. states and 48 coun­tries. We sup­port the ongo­ing pro­fes­sional and lead­er­ship devel­op­ment of our alumni via panel dis­cus­sions, net­work­ing events, vir­tual resources and vol­un­teer opportunities. Alumni lead­er­ship has spurred the cre­ation of our inter­na­tional affil­i­ates: SEO Lon­don, SEO China, SEO Viet­nam, and SEO Africa.
