Sense Scotland has been working for over 30 years with children young people and adults who have communication support needs. We believe people should have a choice in how they live their life and provide support throughout Scotland for people to live an active and independent life. We have an annual turnover of over £20 million and employ over 1100 people. We support over 1,000 children, young people and adults and their families through a range of services and can offer career and job opportunities at all levels. We value our staff and the people we support and work in partnership with them to maintain our reputation as a well established and diverse organisation within the voluntary sector.
