Sense was founded in 2014 with a vision is to improve peoples' lives by bringing powerful tools for fast, accurate and affordable diagnostics into the hands of everyday users. It is widely accepted that empowering clinicians and consumers with point-of-care diagnostic tests will lead to improvements in patient treatment and well-being. Rather than trying to re-purpose the approaches and instruments used in the central laboratory for this purpose we are developing novel technologies that combine the power of laboratory tests with the simplicity and ease of use of low-cost consumer products.
