SeaTec Consulting Inc. (“SeaTec”) is an celebrating 20 years of innovative, high-performing technology, business consulting and engineering & managed services firm serving customers in aviation, aerospace, defense and government sectors. SeaTec has consulted with large systems integrators, aircraft manufacturers, airlines, airports, service providers, maintenance repair and overhaul (MRO) providers, regulators and startups on a wide variety of projects including new business incubation, new aircraft systems engineering, product development and other advanced technology programs. From our launch over 20 years ago with one project and three airline customers, we have executed well over 500 consulting engagements with over 70 distinct customers. Beginning in 2002, we diversified our airline work and customer base to include to Boeing Defense, Boeing Commercial, Lockheed Martin and other defense and commercial aerospace firms. In 2007, we diversified our Air Transport and Operations customer base to include the FAA, with our teams working in airspace management and safety. In 2014, we responded to requests from airline customers to establish an Engineering & Managed Services offering, which specializes in aircraft records/compliance, technical services and engineering services. We established an International subsidiary to help with overseas needs from our clients and suppliers. SeaTec Digital was also formed to support the growing demands to replacement systems for legacy systems, as well as custom applications to meet client environments and needs. Most recently, we have expanded to offer Leadership & Organization Development.Our dedicated team has grown substantially to over 350 people.
