Scotvalve Services provides specialist pressure control equipment repair, recertification and manufacturing services. As a part of Petrofac's Asset Solutions Business, we have the strength and depth of an international oilfield service provider with some 19,000 people worldwide and a track record that spans 35 years. We support our clients at each stage of their projects and whether you require a fast track valve repair, high end structural fabrication or a full BOP stack stripped, repaired, rebuilt and tested, our established technical team can help support your ongoing operations. Our state of the art 4.4 acre site has been designed to accommodate the largest equipment in the surface and sub-surface industry, allowing for safe and efficient dismantling and inspection regardless of size or configuration. We have a large range of workshop capabilities including heavy lifting capability, CNC machine tools, automated welding stations and a custom - designed gas test pit, measuring 7m long, 6m wide and 6m deep with pressure test capability for 30,000psi. In addition, Scotvalve Services has a number of ‘approved repair facility’ and ‘approved subcontractor’ license agreements with industry leading Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM). Through our long-established operations in the Middle East and the UK Continental Shelf we have developed and honed our delivery capabilities and have a significant track record for helping National, International and Independent Energy clients to unlock the value of their on and offshore assets.
