SCJ Alliance is a 100% employee-owned firm specializing in civil engineering, transportation planning and design, cable-propelled transit, environmental and urban planning, landscape architecture and design, construction management, and public outreach.
We have been nationally recognized multiple times for award-winning projects, growth, and as a great place to work. Founded with a handful of people in 2006, SCJ now has 115 employees across 8 offices: Lacey, Centralia, Gig Harbor, Seattle, Ballard, Wenatchee, and Spokane, Washington, as well as Boulder, Colorado.
