Saudi Civil Aviation Holding Company (SAVC), a company fully owned by the Government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. SAVC work is in line with the Kingdom's National Transformation Program and the approved strategy to raise the civil aviation sector. This strategy aims to improve the operational efficiency and improve performance in this vital sector of the economy through several transformations among which is the creation of SAVC, which will be the owner of all the business units targeted for privatization that fall under the Civil Aviation Authority in Saudi Arabia.
