Pineapple Industries is a regional leader in the food service industry, It is the parent company of Sara Michaels Events, a full service catering and event planning company, operating in three states and attracting clients from as far away as Chicago and Florida. Born from Sara Michaels Events is simply, Sara Michaels. A full service restaurant, bar, sports cinema, and banquet facility all in one 33,000 sq.ft. facility in Western Kentucky. Other divisions include K&S Builders, R Properties, and the forthcoming Pineapple Cafe FC Concept. Pineapple Industries handles all of its own R&D, facilities maintenance, property management and market research. We are proud to demonstrate integrity in our product with true, field-to-fork traceability, an all encompassing food safety program with vendor partner Ecolab, and self auditing through vendor partner Steritech.
