We are an elite training center started in Santa Cruz, CA in by Jaimi Jansen. We're committed to helping people achieve your optimal health. We first opened our doors in 2009, in hopes of bringing a one-stop wellness shop to Santa Cruzians in need. We foster wellness and fitness by bringing professionals from many fields under one roof to create a truly integrative support system. By working together as a team, we can communicate more easily between practitioners to optimize your care.
