San Joaquin Regional Rail Commission / Altamont Corridor Express

San Joaquin Regional Rail Commission manages the Atamont Corridor Express (ACE) train. ACE provides weekday commuter rail services over an 86-mile corridor from Stockton, in the richly agricultural San Joaquin Valley, to San Jose, at the heart of the US computer manufacturing industry, helping to relieve three of the most notorious highway bottlenecks in the greater San Francisco area. Services operates from the Valley, through the Tri-Valley region, and into the Silicon Valley via intermediate station stops at Stockton, Lathrop/Manteca, Tracy, Livermore (2), Pleasanton, Fremont, Santa Clara (2), and San Jose.
