SalDan Developments Ltd. Is a residential construction and development company with locations in Sault Ste. Marie, Sudbury and the Greater Toronto Area. 

Incorporated in 1981 by President and sole owner of the company, Sam Biasucci, SalDan Developments Limited has been building quality homes at affordable prices for over 30 years. SalDan General Contractors is the commercial arm of the SalDan Group of Companies with offices throughout Ontario in Sault Ste. Marie (Head Office), Sudbury and Toronto. The company provides commercial construction and management services throughout many parts of Ontario from Northern Ontario to the GTA and is a proud member of CGBC (Canada Green Building Council).

 JB Excavators is the Civil Construction wing of the SalDan Group based in Northern Ontario specializing in residential and commercial excavation, including foundation excavation, complete site servicing, landscaping, backfill and grading. JBX has an extensive lineup of heavy equipment and tools and employs some of the best pipe layers and equipment operators in the business.
