In fact, nearly 90% of our Smart Security Pros are at their first appointments at or before 8:00. Not only are our people well-trained on the installation of your system, but we also educate you on how to use your system so our customers have peace of mind before our Pros leave. Our Customer Support Agents will also be available if there are any questions once our Pros leave. In addition to our highly trained staff, we use only the finest equipment authorized by ADT.
