SAF-HOLLAND SE with its headquarters in Luxembourg is the largest independent listed supplier to the commercial vehicle market in Europe and is present in most of the world’s markets. The merger of two regional champions – SAF in Europe and Holland in the USA – in December 2006 was the joint step into international growth markets for both companies. Today, the Group is one of the few suppliers in the truck and trailer industry that is internationally-positioned in most markets worldwide. With sales of approximately EUR 1,284.2 million in 2019 and more than 3,000 employees, the company is one of the leading manufacturers and suppliers of chassis-related systems and components primarily for trailers and semi-trailers, as well as for trucks and buses. The Group currently is active on six continents. The product range comprises axle and suspension systems, fifth wheels, kingpins, and landing gear and is marketed under the brands SAF, HOLLAND, Neway, KLL, V.ORLANDI and YORK. SAF-HOLLAND sells its products to original equipment manufacturers (OEM) on six continents and works closely with fleet operators and trucking companies. As a development supplier, the company is just as valued by original equipment manufacturers as it is by fleet operators, who we support in minimizing operating costs with our innovations and service packages. The Aftermarket business supplies spare parts to the Original Equipment Service (OES). Through its own parts distribution centers and an extensive international sales and service network of approximately 10,000 parts and service stations, SAF-HOLLAND also sells spare parts to end customers and service centers and thereby ensures fast provision of spare parts and reduced downtimes.
