The first store was opened in 1986 by entrepreneurs Anders Forsgren and Bengt-Olov Forssell, who are still the company’s principal owners.Rusta has 109 stores in Sweden, Norway and Germany. Over 2 000 employees work in our stores, warehouses and sourcing offices, and at the head office in Upplands Väsby outside Stockholm. We have four local sourcing offices in Asia - Hangzhou and Shekou (Shenzhen) in China, New Delhi in India and Ho Chi Minh City in Vietnam.Rusta is a Triple-A rated company.
