Rosemont Group Capital Partners is a privately owned holding company founded in 2003. The offshore based group has a varied portfolio of business interests; from the renewable energy sector to financial advisory and management sector, as well within the luxury goods and services industry. RGC Partners has investments in internet start-ups, luxury Italian kitchens, overseas property consulting and investments, private wealth asset management, wine investment advisory, UK land and property development, oil & gas investments, exclusive members-only clubs, up-scale restaurants and most recently launched a high street fashion brand. In 2012, as part of a broader investment strategy, Rosemont re-aligned its core investment focus to opportunities in early and growth stage disruptive DigitalTech, Biotech and CleanTech companies in India and other developing markets. RGC Partners is a major shareholder in Communication Power Engineering Company Group, one of India's oldest listed companies. CPEC has several energy companies within its portfolio of companies but continues to specialise in building, owning, and operating utility-scale solar power plants in India and other emerging markets. CPEC's subsidiary companies include Eurosolar Power Ltd, acquired in 2011, it builds and operates a 150 acre solar farm development in Gujarat state; Artheon TeleVentures, an investment holding group with several subsidiary companies and co-investments including - Flexenclosure Telecom India Pvt. Ltd, Flexenclosure AB (in Sweden) and Omnigrid Micropower Co. Pvt Ltd. In 2013 OMC received the World Economic Forum award as 2014 Technology Pioneer. Previous Technology Pioneers include Google (2001), Wikimedia (2008) and Twitter (2010).
