Provider recruitment is broken. Our nation’s health systems rely on internal recruitment teams that are fragmented, over-worked, under-resourced and asked to do more with less. Third party Search Firms and Locum Tenens control the supply of providers and are not incentivized to align with internal cost reduction initiatives.
