Among its best-known works are the Smith House in Darien, Connecticut; the Getty Center in Los Angeles; the United States Courthouse in Islip, New York; and the Jubilee Church in Rome. Our offices in New York and Los Angeles comprise a multi-cultural staff of talented professionals that have provided comprehensive design services in 20 countries and 16 languages. Founded in 1963 by Pritzker Prize laureate Richard Meier, the firm is led by Bernhard Karpf in New York and Michael Palladino in Los Angeles.
