Ricci family came from Italy to Brazil in 1918 to work as "settlers" on coffee plantation in the state of São Paulo. After years of research, they found at Monte Carmelo, Minas Gerais, the ideal place to start. The terroir is ideal for production of specialty coffee, and the ideal altitude of 870m and climate with well-defined seasons. The Roaster Company employs the best of the best Coffee beans from Ricci's Farm, and use The family production with strict quality controls and sustainability. Currently, Ricci Coffee is certified for Rainforest/ UTZ and U- Kosher, providing the best Gourmet Coffee, as Roasted beans, Grinded and instant coffee.
