Retention Pond Services, Inc. was launched in 1996 by Glenn H. Garrett after he witnessed extensive damage to stormwater assets by hurricanes that year. He recognized the severe environmental repercussions of poorly maintained stormwater structures and sought viable solutions to prevent similar damage to our communities in the future.More than 20 years later, RPS has become an all-inclusive stormwater management, maintenance, repair, and design company that services the entire United States. We are a rapidly growing company with a well-established, loyal customer base. Our reputation can be attributed to a group of hard working, passionate people who are committed to excellent customer service.
