PRWB at a glance: Public Relations Without Borders (PRWB) was founded in 2007 in Montreal, Quebec, Canada by a group of senior public relations professionals. PRWB is a non-profit charitable organization by the Canadian government. We have been very active in the province of Quebec since 2009, and have an emerging presence in other cities in Canada and abroad. Mission Public Relations Without Borders helps its partner organizations, who work directly or indirectly with populations facing development challenges, by reinforcing their ability to use public relations as a tool for social and economic progress.
