Redwood Skills

Bridging the gap between education and employment through life changing learning Redwood Skills was established in 2008 by a team of directors with over 20 years experience of successfully managing employment, training and qualification programmes. We now employ over 60 staff across London and the South East and deliver recruitment and training services across three sites in London. We offer a range of Apprenticeship programmes for new and existing staff including Business and Administration, Customer Services, Management and other office related apprenticeships. We also offer programmes in the fields of Youth Work and Teaching Assistants. We are proud of what we have achieved in a short time and Ofsted judged all of our training programmes to be ‘Good’ in April 2016. Quality, the learner and employer are at the heart of everything we do. We want to make a difference, be it helping young people find their first job, helping adults progress to the next stage of their career or helping candidates to develop the employability skills and confidence to successfully enter the jobs market. Redwood Skills is part of the Netherlands based Calder Holding BV. Calder provides a broad range of employment and training services through contracts in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany.
