We employ on average 25% more staff than required by the Care Quality Commission and this enables us to provide hands on and high quality care for our service users. Our staff-turnover is almost zero compared to an average of 25% in the care sector. This further reflects that our staff are highly skilled and motivated. We offer not only residential care, nursing care and domiciliary care, but also rehabilitation after hospital treatment or respite from home whilst your families and/or carers go away for a holiday.
