RASHMI PARIVAR has started its activities in 1999 with a wide vision of providing affordable housing. In the year 2003, the Company “RASHMI HOUSING PRIVATE LIMITED” (RHPL) was formed. The company is owned by Bosmiya family and the key functions of the Company are handled by the young and dynamic brothers, Mr. Deepak P. Bosmiya, Mr. Yogesh P. Bosmiya, Mr. Hemendra P. Bosmiya and Mr. Ashok P Bosmiya. Now the popular “GHAR HO TO AISA” becomes the trade mark of the company. RASHMI GROUP has already completed and handed over possession of more than 37 lakh sq.ft. area [200+ buildings] of affordable housing under its various project in Third Mumbai “MIRA –VIRAR-CITY”(M.V.C).catering to all segments of the customers since 1999. RASHMI GROUP have 7000 (R.R.R) customers which are our biggest Assets & Strengths. The Company has land area of 34.30 lakh Sq.ft of FSI as on 15th July ,2010 under various stages of construction in the “MIRA –VIRAR-CITY” (M.V.C). The Company has acquired additional 90 acres land in (M.V.C) is in the process of developing affordable housing complexes. Our vision for the next decade (2010-2020) is to have affordable housing complexes in all major cities in India. The Company’s vision is from “ GHAR HO TO AISA ” to “ MIRA –VIRAR-CITY ” (“NAGAR HO TO AISA”). The company is in the process of acquiring land and developing affordable housing complexes.
