Rainbow Group was formed in 2011 in Singapore with business operations in Vietnam and India with an IT backend set up in Kolkata, India. It commenced operations in August 2011 in Vietnam and has now operations in 35 locations across the country with two offices in Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi.It employs more than 6000+ sales staff as of December 31, 2015 more than 70% of whom has been added during the course of 2015 and is expected to grow to 15000 by end of year 2016.The key clients include Citibank, VP Bank, FE Credit, Maritime Bank, AIA, Manulife, Liberty and Fubon. Negotiations are in advanced stages with HSBC, TCB, ACB, HD Bank, Prudential, Bao Viet and ACE Life. The aim is to have 9 of the leading local banks, 3 of the leading foreign banks, 3 consumer finance companies, 6 life insurance and 4 general insurance companies among the clients in order to complete the panel.The focus of Rainbow is to capture data about customers through web, social media, telephone and face to face contacts in order to mine it and create sales models based on customer life-stages and corresponding financial needs in a manner customized for individual customers and his financial goals in life. Hence the aim is to have a panel of clients capable of offering the widest variety of customized solutions for Rainbow customer base and earn revenues while providing customers with a service that is unique in this marketplace.At the moment, Rainbow has acquired a database of 2.9M customers with name and phone numbers, and after calling we have established contacts with 2M. Of these, 600,000 customers have fixed an appointment with us of whom 300,000 has finally made an application with 200,000 accounts finally approved from them across cards, loans and insurance policies.
