Quay Marinas is a privately owner company that develops, operates and gives advice on marinas, harbour estates and specialist maritime facilities. We currently operate 7 major marinas in the UK. As a Company we understand the importance of marinas and maritime activity in adding value to and providing a catalyst for waterfront development.. We offer a flexible approach to involvement in new marina projects, and are experienced in tailoring such involvement to suit Clients' needs. We have expertise in every aspect of marina and leisure waterfront related development..
We are one of the UK's longest standing marina specialists, and for many years operated as Crest Nicholson Marinas, providing marina expertise and 'added value' to Crest Nicholson PLC property development group. In June 2004 the Company's long established management team acquired the business which was relaunched as Quay Marinas Limited in January 2005. Our objectives have not changed over our 50 year history. We aim to provide 'Safe Havens, Friendly Service and Fine Facilities' to our customers, and support other developers in creating new marinas and related services.
