Quadri Technology, ltd.(QTL) is a for profit community-based agency regionally headquartered in Temple Hills, Maryland with a corporate office in the district of Columbia. Mission: Providing optimal physical and mental health communities through the powers of education , encouragement, empowerment. Vision: a society in which all persons have optimal behavioral health; where mental health and substance abuse are recognized as health issues; where successful training and education are achievable for everyone; and where barriers to recovery, learning and growing do not exist.
