QRS Companies provides our customers with domestic processing solutions for incidental tons generated from other recyclers across the United States and Canada. We purchase and process pre-picked containers ("3-7s") and Mixed Rigid Plastics ("Bulky Rigids") from other recyclers every month, in all market conditions.It is our mission to keep these resources out of the landfill or from being exported where an inevitably high percentage of the material ends up in our oceans. Instead, we apply advanced technology and innovation to return these resources back to our own domestic manufacturing base.We work closely with the public sector to find ways to advance our recovery rates and build financially sustainable recycling programs. We also partner closely with other recyclers and waste haulers to not only increase recovery but to also increase vital demand for precious post-consumer plastic resins.
